Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
The short version: we collect only the email address you voluntarily provide if you sign up for our newsletter. We never sell your information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
01 Information We Collect
We are an independent game studio with a simple website. We collect only what we genuinely need to operate, and nothing more.
What we collect:
- Email addresses — only when you voluntarily submit one through our newsletter signup form.
- Standard server logs — our hosting provider automatically records technical information like IP addresses, browser types, and pages accessed. These are used for security and basic operational purposes only.
What we do not collect:
- Names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment information
- Browsing history or behavior across other websites
- Cookies for advertising or third-party tracking
- Location data beyond what is inherent in standard server logs
- Any information from your social media accounts
02 How We Use Information
Email addresses are used solely to send you:
- Launch announcements for our games
- Major update notifications (significant content releases)
- Occasional company news, sent only when meaningful
That is the entire list. We will not email you about sales, third-party promotions, or anything you did not sign up for.
Server logs are reviewed only for technical issues, security concerns, and aggregate usage understanding (such as how many people visited the site this month). We never combine them with newsletter sign-ups to build profiles.
03 Email Communications
When you sign up for our newsletter:
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send.
- We email infrequently — typically only a handful of times per year, when something significant is actually happening.
- If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from our active list within thirty days.
- Your email is never used for any purpose other than sending you the updates you signed up for.
04 Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted services to operate this website:
- Formspree — processes newsletter signup form submissions. Submitted email addresses pass through their service before reaching our records. Their privacy practices are documented at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Cloudflare — provides web hosting, DNS, and security services. Standard server logs are processed through their infrastructure.
- Steam (Valve Corporation) — handles all purchases and player accounts for our games. We have no access to Steam's customer data; please refer to Steam's privacy policy.
We do not use any other third-party services that collect data on our site. No analytics, no advertising networks, no embedded trackers.
05 Data Retention
We retain only what we use:
- Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Server logs are typically rotated by our hosting provider within thirty days.
- We do not maintain long-term archives of personal information.
If you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from our active list within thirty days. If you request deletion explicitly, we will permanently remove your information from our records within a reasonable timeframe — typically within thirty days of receiving the request.
06 Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you (which is, at most, your email address)
- Request deletion of your information
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time
- Ask questions about how we handle your data
To exercise any of these rights, email us at m1jk@outlook.com. We respond to every request — typically within a few business days.
07 Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information to us (for example, signed up for our newsletter), please contact us at m1jk@outlook.com and we will promptly remove it.
08 Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent change.
For material changes, we will do our best to give you appropriate notice — typically by posting a notice on our website and updating this policy. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
